How often will i get this box & shipping?

This is a monthly subscription, so you will receive this monthly. Our cut off point to order that months box is the 19th. If you have ordered after the 19th you will receive the next months box. We dispatch our boxes from the 14th up until the 22nd of each month. Once you receive your dispatch email, you will receive your box in the post within 2 working days via Evri. 

I haven't received my box?

If you have NOT received your box after 14 working days please contact us, if this is lost we can open a lost parcels claim with our courier, if you don't contact us within 28 days then we cannot refund you.

If your box is returned to us after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts and you require a refund please note you will only be refunded the cost of the box and not the postage costs.

How much does the subscription cost? 

The price of our premium box is £19.99 & our luxury box is £29.99. Payment will be taken from your account on the 1st of each month if unsuccessful our system will automatically try taking payment for up to 7 days. 

Am i tied into a contract or any commitments?

No! you can cancel at ANY time. Please note: If you want to cancel your subscription and want a refund before you box has been dispatched please email us at and we can issue a refund for you, Please note we CANNOT issue refunds after the 7th of the month. If you cancel your subscription via my account section this will not issue you a refund. 

How do special offers & promotions work?

All offers and promotions only apply to first months subscription box, unless stated otherwise.

How do i skip a month?

You can log in your account → Your Subscription(s) → Edit → Skip Renewal.

How can i update my payment method?

You can log into your account at and edit your payment method under the "credit card" box. 

How can i cancel my subscription?

You can log in your account→ Your Subscription(s) → Edit → Cancel Subscription

Not happy with your box?

If you have received a damaged product please email us with a photo so we can resolve this for you, please email your photo to Our boxes may not be everyone's taste. As we are a new small company any feedback is essential to us to help us grow.We do not accept returns.

Renewal dates

Our billing renewal date is the 1st of the month.
If you subscribe before the 19th of the month, you will be billed on the on the 1st of the following month.
If you subscribe after the 19th of the month, you will not be billed until the 1st the month after next (i.e. a new signup on the 21st of June would not be billed until the 1st of August) 

If I sign up for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription and i don't like it can i have a full refund?

As you pay in advance for 3, 6, 12 month subscriptions you cannot be refunded for the remainder after one months box.
