Well girls we all love a surprise! Especially a beauty box surprise with amazing beauty products. Our boxes contain 5 or 10 full products depending on the subscription you choose and comes in a high quality box.Our premium box has 5 full products inside and our luxury box has 10 products inside.
This is a monthly subscription, so you will receive this every month. Our cut off point to order that months box is the 19th. If you have ordered after the 19th you will receive the next months box. We dispatch our boxes between the 16th & 22nd of each month, Once you receive a dispatch email you will receive your box in the post 1-3 working days after.
PLEASE NOTE: if you have NOT received your box after 14 working days please contact us as if this is lost we can open a lost parcels claim with our courier, if you don't contact us within 28 days then we cannot refund you.
If your box is returned to us after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts and you require a refund please note you will only be refunded the cost of the box and not the postage costs.

Products including eye shadow palettes, highlighters, primers, fake tan, contour palettes, makeup brush sets, concealers, face masks, lip glosses, lipsticks, lip kits, lip liners, blush palettes, glitter, nail varnish, face creams and so much more. Sometimes some products may vary from other customers boxes as we order in big bulks our suppliers may run out of stock, so we will find similar products to add.
The price of our premium box is £14.99 & our luxury box is £24.99. Payment will be taken from your account on the 1st of each month if unsuccessful our system will automatically try taking payment for up to 7 days.
If you have used our coupon code for free shipping on your first box, Shipping cost from then on is £3.99.
No! you can cancel at ANY time. Please note: If you want to cancel your subscription and want a refund before you box has been dispatched please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can issue a refund for you, Please note we CANNOT issue refunds after the 7th of the month. If you cancel your subscription via my account section this will not issue you a refund.
Simply log in your account and in your ''My Account'' section you can go ahead and cancel this way. Its as simple as that!
