This is a monthly subscription, so you will receive this every month. Our cut off point to order that months box is the 19th. If you have ordered after the 19th you will receive the next months box. We dispatch our boxes between the 14th & 22nd of each month, Once you receive a dispatch email you will receive your box in the post 1-3 working days after.
If you have NOT received your box after 14 working days please contact us as if this is lost we can open a lost parcels claim with our courier, if you don't contact us within 28 days then we cannot refund you.
If your box is returned to us after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts and you require a refund please note you will only be refunded the cost of the box and not the postage costs.
The price of our premium box is £14.99 & our luxury box is £24.99. Payment will be taken from your account on the 1st of each month if unsuccessful our system will automatically try taking payment for up to 7 days.
If you have used our coupon code for free shipping on your first box, Shipping cost from then on is £3.99.
No! you can cancel at ANY time. Please note: If you want to cancel your subscription and want a refund before you box has been dispatched please email us at email@example.com and we can issue a refund for you, Please note we CANNOT issue refunds after the 7th of the month. If you cancel your subscription via my account section this will not issue you a refund.

If you have received a damaged product please email us with a photo so we can resolve this for you, please email your photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our boxes may not be everyone's taste. As we are a new small company any feedback is essential to us to help us grow.
We do not accept returns.
Our billing renewal date is the 1st of the month.
If you subscribe before the 19th of the month, you will be billed on the on the 1st of the following month.
If you subscribe after the 19th of the month, you will not be billed until the 1st the month after next (i.e. a new signup on the 21st of June would not be billed until the 1st of August!)
